Terms and Conditions – Revera Ink
1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services, appointments, and agreements between the tattoo shop and the client.

By making an appointment or purchasing a service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
2. Age and Identity
-
Tattoos are only provided to persons aged 18 years or older.
-
A valid form of identification may be requested at any time.
-
No tattoo will be provided without valid identification.
3. Health and Responsibility
-
The client is required to inform the tattoo artist in advance about:
-
medical conditions (such as diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions);
-
skin conditions or allergies;
-
pregnancy or breastfeeding;
-
use of alcohol, drugs, or medication (such as blood thinners).

The tattoo shop is not liable for complications resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
-
If there is any doubt about the client's health, the tattoo artist reserves the right to refuse treatment.
4. Design and Intellectual Property
-
All designs remain the property of the tattoo artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.
-
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without permission.
-
Minor adjustments to the design are included; major changes may incur additional costs.
5. Appointments and Cancellations
-
Appointments are final after confirmation by the tattoo shop.
-
A deposit may be required when making an appointment.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
-
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled without refund.
6. Payment

Payment must be made immediately after the treatment.
-
The tattoo shop accepts cash and/or card payments (if applicable).
-
Deposits are non-refundable unless the tattoo shop cancels the appointment.
7. Aftercare
-
The client will receive verbal and/or written aftercare instructions.
-
Failure to follow these instructions may result in infections, color loss, or scarring.
-
The tattoo shop is not liable for damage caused by improper aftercare.
8. Result and Healing
-
The final result of a tattoo may vary depending on skin type, healing process, and aftercare.
-
Minor irregularities after healing fall within normal professional standards.
-
Any touch-ups will only be performed in accordance with the tattoo shop’s conditions.
9. Hygiene and Safety
-
The tattoo shop operates in accordance with applicable hygiene guidelines and legislation.
-
All materials used are sterile and single-use unless otherwise stated.
10. Liability
-
The tattoo shop is not liable for:
-
allergic reactions;
-
infections caused by improper aftercare;
-
damage resulting from withholding medical information.

Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the treatment.
11. Force Majeure
-
In cases of force majeure (illness, emergencies, power outages, etc.), the tattoo shop may cancel or reschedule appointments without compensation.
12. Complaints
-
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the treatment.
-
The tattoo shop will make every effort to resolve complaints in consultation.
13. Applicable Law
-
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
-
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
