Terms and Conditions – Revera Ink

1. General

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all services, appointments, and agreements between the tattoo shop and the client.

  2. By making an appointment or purchasing a service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

  3. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Age and Identity

  1. Tattoos are only provided to persons aged 18 years or older.

  2. A valid form of identification may be requested at any time.

  3. No tattoo will be provided without valid identification.

3. Health and Responsibility

  1. The client is required to inform the tattoo artist in advance about:

    • medical conditions (such as diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions);

    • skin conditions or allergies;

    • pregnancy or breastfeeding;

    • use of alcohol, drugs, or medication (such as blood thinners).

  2. The tattoo shop is not liable for complications resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

  3. If there is any doubt about the client's health, the tattoo artist reserves the right to refuse treatment.

4. Design and Intellectual Property

  1. All designs remain the property of the tattoo artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  2. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without permission.

  3. Minor adjustments to the design are included; major changes may incur additional costs.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

  1. Appointments are final after confirmation by the tattoo shop.

  2. A deposit may be required when making an appointment.

  3. Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

  5. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled without refund.

6. Payment

  1. Payment must be made immediately after the treatment.

  2. The tattoo shop accepts cash and/or card payments (if applicable).

  3. Deposits are non-refundable unless the tattoo shop cancels the appointment.

7. Aftercare

  1. The client will receive verbal and/or written aftercare instructions.

  2. Failure to follow these instructions may result in infections, color loss, or scarring.

  3. The tattoo shop is not liable for damage caused by improper aftercare.

8. Result and Healing

  1. The final result of a tattoo may vary depending on skin type, healing process, and aftercare.

  2. Minor irregularities after healing fall within normal professional standards.

  3. Any touch-ups will only be performed in accordance with the tattoo shop’s conditions.

9. Hygiene and Safety

  1. The tattoo shop operates in accordance with applicable hygiene guidelines and legislation.

  2. All materials used are sterile and single-use unless otherwise stated.

10. Liability

  1. The tattoo shop is not liable for:

    • allergic reactions;

    • infections caused by improper aftercare;

    • damage resulting from withholding medical information.

  2. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the treatment.

11. Force Majeure

  1. In cases of force majeure (illness, emergencies, power outages, etc.), the tattoo shop may cancel or reschedule appointments without compensation.

12. Complaints

  1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the treatment.

  2. The tattoo shop will make every effort to resolve complaints in consultation.

13. Applicable Law

  1. All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
